At VOGRACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VOGRACE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
